  • Billing-

    We keep track of each service we provide daily on an invoice

    Each invoice has the type of service/date of service/and price of service

    You can receive invoice via email by submitting your email for paperless billing

    We take checks, cash and also a credit/debit card payment over our company phone or on our website

    Make checks payable to Harvey’s Services Inc. Mail to address 224 Robin Hill Ln. Ballwin, Mo 63021

    If we do not receive a payment within 60 days, we will discontinue service

    We bill out our invoices on the first day of each month

  • Our Rates-

    We charge an hourly rate for our landscaping services

    Our landscaping crew keeps detailed logs of the time they spend on each job

    We charge by materials and disposals

    Materials depends on what we need to complete the job and disposal depends on how heavy the load is on our trailers

    We do NOT charge an hourly rate for our lawn mowing service

    We set prices based on size of lawn and how long it takes to mow

  • Applications, Leaves, Snow and Salt-

    Our 5 step fertilizer program is based on seasons:

    Pre-emergent in Spring (Mid-March), Weed and Feed (Late-April), Pesticide control in Summer (June, July, August), Straight Fertilizer (optional) in Fall (September), Winterizer in Winter (November)

    Aeration and seeding is typically in late March into April and September into October

    leaves are either blown to the curb, chopped up, or blown into woods

    We do charge extra due to the time it takes to clean up the leaves

    Price varies on time it takes to haul off leaves and disposal

    Snow removal for commercial property NOT residential driveways. Occurs only if accumulation is over 2 inches

    Salting is a preventative during winter season
